Monel Foils are primarily composed of nickel (63-70%) and copper (28-34%) with trace elements including iron (1-2.5%), manganese (up to 2%), silicon (up to 0.5%), and carbon (up to 0.3%). These foils exhibit excellent mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of 550-620 MPa and a yield strength of 240-345 MPa with an elongation of approximately 20-30%. Monel foils possess outstanding corrosion resistance especially in marine and chemical environments and maintain stability over a wide temperature range.
