Super Duplex Steel S32750, a highly corrosion-resistant alloy, primarily consists of 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and 0.3% nitrogen, with traces of elements like tungsten and copper. This composition provides superior strength, resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength of around 750 MPa, yield strength of 550 MPa, and an elongation of 25%. The alloy’s high resistance to corrosion, along with its excellent mechanical strength, makes it ideal for harsh environments, particularly in marine, chemical, and petrochemical industries.
