Super Duplex Steel Coil is a premium stainless steel product engineered for extreme strength and superior corrosion resistance. Super Duplex Steel Coil typically contains high levels of chromium (24–26%), nickel (6–8%), molybdenum (3–5%), and nitrogen, providing a balanced duplex microstructure. This composition results in outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, the material exhibits very high yield and tensile strength—nearly twice that of standard austenitic stainless steels. It also offers excellent toughness, fatigue resistance, and structural stability under severe mechanical and environmental stress.
