Stainless Steel 301 Angle is an austenitic stainless steel containing approximately 16–18% chromium and 6–8% nickel. This composition allows the material to achieve higher strength through cold working while maintaining good corrosion resistance. Mechanically, it offers moderate tensile and yield strength in the annealed condition, with significantly increased strength after cold forming. The alloy provides good ductility, toughness, and resistance to wear in formed components.
