Incoloy 800/800H/800HT coil/slitting coil are nickel-iron-chromium alloys designed for high temperature corrosion resistance. This alloy contains 30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium and iron, and trace amounts of aluminium, titanium and copper. Incoloy 800H and 800HT have a high carbon-titanium content, which improves creep strength and long-term stability. Technical properties include high tensile strength (up to 100 ksi), excellent oxidation resistance, and excellent weldability. These alloys retain their strength and high corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in chemical, energy and thermal applications.
