This composition provides exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in highly corrosive environments. Mechanically, Hastelloy Channels offer a tensile strength of approximately 690 MPa and a yield strength of 290 MPa, with an elongation of around 40%. These properties make them ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure applications in industries such as chemical processing, marine, and pollution control.
