Duplex Steel S31803 Circle consists of approximately 22-23% Chromium, 4.5-6.5% Nickel, 3-3.5% Molybdenum, with controlled additions of Manganese, Silicon, and Nitrogen, balanced with Iron. This composition provides outstanding corrosion resistance and strength. It offers a tensile strength of about 620 MPa, yield strength of 450 MPa, and excellent elongation of 25%. With a high hardness range (HRB 80-90), it performs exceptionally in demanding conditions. Its balanced ferritic-austenitic structure ensures superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking and thermal stability, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications.
