Nickel Alloy 200 is a commercially pure nickel alloy consisting of approximately 99% nickel, with trace elements of iron, copper, manganese, and carbon. Known for its excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in alkaline and acidic environments, it offers a tensile strength of 55-80 ksi (380-550 MPa), yield strength of 25-40 ksi (170-275 MPa), and elongation of 30-40%. This alloy provides good ductility, toughness, and high thermal and electrical conductivity, making it ideal for use in applications requiring resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and stress, such as in the chemical, aerospace, and marine industries.
